Mission Statement
Artistic Event Rentals provides unique one-of-a-kind event rentals for private and corporate events, plus, our
Fundraising Format helps to empower charitable non-profits by providing affordable event rental services that
generate funds to help further their mission and community impact.
Vision Statement
To offer artistic event rentals to communities via non-profits, corporate and private entities, where proceeds
help to purchase and distribute Bibles & uplifting Christian books, fostering unity, inspiration, community
awareness, community responsibility, community involvement, and positive change throughout Wisconsin.
Overall Purpose
Artistic Event Rentals is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting community organizations, corporations,
and private entities through our creative event services. We operate on a model where our creative event services
generate funds that directly benefit local non-profits as well as our internal programs, ensuring all activities align
with tax-exempt charitable goals.
Main Initiatives of the Organization
1. Event Fundraising Services:
o What it does: We provide artistic event rentals and a Fundraising Format for non-profits at a flat rate to cover our
basic costs.
o How it supports others: All proceeds from the event rentals beyond the flat rate (e.g., from
ticket sales, donations, or sponsorships) go directly to helping non-profit's 501(c)(3) fulfill their mission and goals.
o Additional benefits: Our event rental services also enables us to host our own internal events, such as meetings,
symposiums, private gatherings, and fundraisers specifically to support our Christian literary initiative and mission.
2. Christian Literary Distribution Initiative:
o What it does: We provide new Christian literature (e.g., books) and Bibles to anyone completely free of charge.*
o How it's funded: Donations are always welcome, but primarily through funds raised via our
event rental services and Fundraising Format for non-profits, helping to ensure sustainability
without relying solely on external donations.
* Limited to individual requests (one bible & one other book).
Key Interconnections and Operations
• Funding Flow: Our event rentals arm acts as a revenue generator. Flat-rate fees cover operational costs,
while excess proceeds are allocated to either external non-profits, internal fundraisers, or the Christian
literary initiative.
• Charitable Focus: All activities emphasize community support, spiritual enrichment, and compliance
with 501(c)(3) rules (e.g., no private benefit, transparent fund allocation).
• Scalability: This model allows growth—starting with local events and expanding to an even wider
variety of events and a broader literature distribution as funds increase, with the goal of securing a
stand-alone venue for hosting private events and fundraisers.

Much like a Golf Outing Fundraiser has a Sponsor for each hole of golf, each of YOUR Sponsors would sponsor 1 of 14 different 1-0f-A-Kind Displays. I created Network Nexus Fox Valley, an open minded and positive group where businesses, nonprofits, and organizations could come together. To launch this group, we had to start out with a bang! I attended an event where Del helped decorate with his amazing artwork. He is so creative and his creativity he has to "up-cycle" steel & wood is amazing. If I was planning a wedding I would definitely be hiring him to bring his Artistic Entertainment!
